A: These have been tested by various people are will last at least a season if not longer. However this does depend if you sleep, eat and play in them thou :)

Q: I see these are one size fits all, I'm a 38/40" waist will they fit me?
A: Yes they will no problem at all. These are fitted but their is a lot of stretch in the material.
